Very friendly and compassionate staff and we love the hours that they are open HOPE is great all the way around so grateful our community has them!!! They go above and beyond especially for the children!! Thanks HOPE PRIMARY
They were fast in getting us in and the experience was amazing they had rooms for the kids and the care they had for the children was the best I ever seen I’m so glad they have this now in our county
Love the fact that they will actually listen to you as a patient. Very loving and caring staff. They take all the time that you need with them and never just push you out the door. They have busy times just like everyone else but instead of sitting in the waiting room complaining about how long it may or may not take for them to see you stop and think about if it was you or your family sitting back there with them not everything can take 5 to 15 minutes to diagnose. They will get to you even if they have to stay later than scheduled to do it.
Was treated with kindness by the receptionist nurse and NP. Very professional. Had time to talk to me and explain prognosis and care for home treatment. Would recommend to others
Went to get chest X-ray done because my Dr office can’t do them. They was fast and very nice explained exactly everything my appt was at 10.a.m was out by 10:40 a.m and that was being seen by Rhonda also also the women at front desk was very kind and polite I forgot my referral they called my Dr and got it faxed over to them everyone was very professional and polite and got me out quick.
